Amogelang holds a University Diploma in Education from the University of Northwest. She started her career as a high school educator in 1996 and in 2007 joined Evolve  Research and later KLA; where she worked her way up from Research Assistant to Snr Research Manager; accumulating extensive experience in qualitative research across industries; working on both ad-hoc and key accounts. Amogelang has done research work for various clients in many sectors such as FMCG (Tiger Brands, Unilever, Kellogg‘s), Beverages (SAB, Namibian Breweries, Windhoek Schlechtreigh), Financial (Standard Bank, Nedbank, Liberty), Telecoms (Cell C, Telkom, MTN) & Automotive (Landrover UK, BMW); and SA government departments – communication, tourism

Motheo holds a Honours degree in Psychology working towards a Masters degree in Research Psychology in Consultation. With over 12 years experience in the marketing and research industry, Motheo worked as a Quantitative Research Executive, Consumer insights manager and brand manager, looking after some of South Africa’s well known brands. Motheo’s love for research and consumer insights led him back into the research field, and his extensive experience on client side has endowed him with a holistic understanding of the research cycle, and makes him an invaluable asset to Ethno Lab.
